1. Digital Products

Since your purchase is a digital product (Habit Tracker System / Membership Access), it is deemed "used" after download or opening. All purchases made on www.parlent.com are non-refundable or exchangeable.

2. Exceptions (When do we refund?)

We acknowledge that exceptional circumstances can take place. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

• Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us.
• Major technical defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
