Billing Terms

These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on the Parlent website. By purchasing a membership or digital product, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

2. No Automatic Renewal (Non-Recurring)

We value your control over your finances. Therefore:

• One-Time Payment: All our plans (Starter, Pro, Mastery) are billed once at the time of purchase.
• No Auto-Billing: We do NOT save your payment method for future charges. You will never be charged automatically.
• Manual Renewal: If your access period expires (e.g., after 1 year), you must manually purchase a new plan to continue using the service.

3. Currency

All prices listed on the website are in USD / EUR depending on your region. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your account is in a different currency.

4. Secure Transactions

All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. We partner with Stripe to ensure the highest level of security for your financial data.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We take fraud seriously. If you initiate a dispute or chargeback without contacting our support team first, your account and access to all products will be permanently suspended. Please contact support@parlent.shop for any billing issues.
