Welcome to Parlent. By accessing our website and purchasing our membership ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts & Membership

To access certain features of the Service (Dashboard, Downloads), you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2. Digital Products License

When you purchase a Parlent system (Habit Tracker/LifeOS), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use only.

• You may NOT resell or redistribute the templates.
• You may NOT claim intellectual property rights to our designs.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (Stripe). By purchasing, you agree that:

• We do not store your payment card details.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, digital goods are non-refundable once accessed, unless there is a technical fault.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., sharing your account login publicly).

5. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time.
